Device and Session Limits Policy
Rules governing device limits to prevent account sharing and content piracy.
1. Device Allowance
Each student account may be authenticated on up to 3 trusted personal devices (e.g., 1 laptop, 1 smartphone, 1 tablet).
2. Concurrent Streaming Restrictions
Simultaneous video playback across disparate physical locations or distinct IP addresses is forbidden. Detection of concurrent streams will terminate previous sessions automatically.
3. Device Reset Quota
Students acquiring new hardware can request a self-service device reset once every 90 days. Additional resets require verification by customer support.
4. Anti-Account Sharing Enforcement
Accounts exhibiting repeated multi-location concurrent logins or commercial sharing will be temporarily restricted and subjected to security review.
