Refund Policy
A transparent, fair, and responsible refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility and Window
Students may request a refund within 48 hours of initial course purchase with a valid explanation, provided they have consumed less than 20% of the total course video content.
2. Ineligibility Conditions
Refunds are void if more than 20% of course videos have been watched, exercise files/source code downloaded, assignments submitted, or if the account was suspended due to policy infractions.
3. Application Process
To apply for a refund, email support@ahsandevhub.com with your order transaction ID and reason. Our team evaluates claims within 48 business hours.
4. Processing Timeline and Deductions
Approved refunds are remitted within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Cards). Non-refundable third-party gateway processing fees (1.5%–2.5%) may be deducted.
